Duties: - Responsible for the delivery of participant care, clinical outcomes and oversight of the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program - Responsible for the development and maintenance of medical policies and procedures/standards and protocols - Provides direction and supervision

Requirements:

Active Al License
BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics or Family Medicine
DEA & CDS
BLS
Clean Record
Minimum 1 year experience with frail or elderly
Previous supervisory experience
